Find a Sponsor

You Don’t Have to Do This Alone

If you’re here, something in you is ready.

Maybe you’re tired of starting over.
Maybe you’re serious this time.
Maybe you just need someone who understands what the beginning feels like.

Recovery Compass connects men who are ready to grow with sponsors who have walked the road before them.

This is not about perfection.
It’s about willingness.

What Sponsorship Is

Sponsorship is peer support — not therapy, not control, and not someone to fix you.

A sponsor may offer:

• Regular check-ins
• Honest, direct conversations
• Accountability
• Encouragement during difficult moments
• Perspective from lived recovery experience

Every connection looks a little different. The goal is steady support, not pressure.

Every sponsor on this platform is an independent volunteer,  a man in recovery who has stepped forward to offer guidance and support based on his own journey. Sponsors are not employees, contractors, agents, or representatives of Recovery Compass. They are independent individuals who have voluntarily applied to offer peer support rooted in their personal recovery experience.

Recovery Compass functions solely as a connection platform. We facilitate introductions but do not supervise, monitor, control, or direct any sponsorship relationships after an introduction is made. All communication, advice, and interactions occur directly between individuals at their own discretion and responsibility. Recovery Compass does not guarantee outcomes, provide medical or therapeutic services, intervene in disputes, or assume liability for the actions, statements, or conduct of any participant. By participating, users acknowledge that they are engaging in peer-based support voluntarily and assume full responsibility for their own decisions and well-being. If you are in crisis or require professional or emergency assistance, please contact local emergency services or a licensed professional immediately.

Strength isn’t doing it by yourself. It’s reaching for support.

HOW IT WORKS

Recovery Compass is built for two people:
Those who are looking for a sponsor, and those who feel called to be one.
